Before you write

To delete your account, follow the steps on Delete Account (iPhone) or Delete Account (Android) — a request sent that way carries the details needed to act on it.
To cancel a subscription, use your store account: Apple or Google Play. Subscriptions are billed by the store, not by us, so we cannot cancel one on your behalf.

What to include

If you are reporting a problem with the app, it helps to say which device and operating system version you are using, the app version, and what you were doing when the problem happened.

If your question is about a subscription or a missing purchase, include the email address on your Hjärnfokus account and which store you subscribed through.
